The Cauble Group Welcomes Sam Turner as Junior Broker

As Nashville continues to grow, so does The Cauble Group! We are excited to welcome Sam Turner as the newest member of our team.

Sam is a Nashville native with a clear passion for enhancing the commercial landscape of our city. We are confident Sam will provide excellent service as a broker to both tenant and landlord clients.

We sat down with Sam and asked him about his future with The Cauble Group and his vision for our city.

You were born and raised in Nashville. What drew you back and prompted you to pursue commercial real estate?

After high school, I wanted to see what else the country had to offer apart from the Nashville bubble that I grew up in. I went as far West as Durango, Colorado to the East where I spent time living right across the Potomac River from our Nation’s capital, with a few other cities in between. When I would come back to visit, I was always amazed at how many new buildings had popped up- even new areas with names like “the Nations”.

Throughout the past few years, I found myself making the commute to Nashville multiple times a month to see family, spend time with friends, and try all the new restaurants popping up. It was clear Nashville was calling me back. I was watching the city I grew up in change right before my eyes. I loved the change. I loved seeing economic development and opportunities in areas I never visited growing up.

What drew you to The Cauble Group?

When I began to pursue a career in commercial real estate, The Cauble Group was at the top of my list. I knew Tyler in high school at Montgomery Bell Academy and kept up with him through social media after graduating. I could see Tyler’s passion for real estate and his vision for the city- I wanted to be a part of it. In the interview process, I learned more about the vision that TCG had for the future of the company, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to work with other Nashville natives that had the same ambition and drive that I had, and I knew I could find that working with TCG.

As the only Commercial Real Estate Firm based in East Nashville, we have to ask - What is your favorite East Nashville hot spot?

My favorite spot in East Nashville is Dino’s Dive Bar without a doubt. My love for cheeseburgers is satisfied every time I order their Porter Road Butcher burger- It’s the best in town. A request to play Waylon Jennings is always welcomed there, which just adds to the allure of Dino’s. What’s not to love about a place that serves Miller Highlife Ponies?!
