Leasing Assistant - The Cauble Group
Location: East Nashville, TN (In-Office Only)
Compensation: $30,000–$40,000 Base + 10–20% Commission on Closed Leases
We’re looking for a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Assistant at The Cauble Group, one of Nashville’s top boutique commercial real estate brokerages. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone ready to break into commercial real estate and build their career from the ground up — with full support, mentorship, and hands-on experience alongside a top-producing broker.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for supporting our commercial leasing operations — managing listings, scheduling tours, qualifying leads, coordinating with tenants, and helping push deals through our CRM pipeline. You’ll work side-by-side with our broker and play a key role in executing leasing strategies, all while learning the business from the inside out.

Who You Are
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or real estate support roles
Excellent communicator and comfortable in a fast-paced, systemized team environment
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or HubSpot), and Canva
Excited to eventually grow into a producing broker role — but ready to earn your stripes first
Administrative Assistant - Parasol Property Management
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid – In-Office First 3 Months, Remote Eligible Afterward)
Compensation: $52,000–$60,000 per year + Full Benefits Package
Parasol Property Management is hiring a highly organized, operations-minded Administrative Assistant to support the back-office management of our commercial property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes — keeping systems, documents, and communications running with precision and consistency.
As the administrative backbone of our property management team, you’ll oversee everything from tenant communications and maintenance coordination to vendor compliance and invoice tracking. You’ll work directly with our President, coordinate closely with our maintenance team and bookkeeper, and play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our tenants and properties.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with tenants and vendors via email and property management software
Prepare and review lease documents, notices, and renewal paperwork
Track service requests and maintenance work orders through to completion
Upload and code invoices, coordinate with bookkeeping, and monitor recurring expenses
Maintain digital records, ensure vendor compliance, and keep lease terms accurately reflected in our system
Run weekly delinquency reports, send late notices, and escalate chronic issues
This role replaces the office-side responsibilities of a traditional property manager — allowing you to focus fully on systems, organization, and execution without the distraction of fieldwork or daily tenant face-time.
