One of the good things about Climb Nashville is they have more than one location, if East Nashville doesn’t work, they have a West Nashville location as well. Rock-climbing is one of the best workouts you’ll get all year.
Title Boxing is the workout you won’t forget. Every individual goes through a class full of cardio and a sturdy punching bag. It will leave you on the floor panting covered in sweat, but it is one of the most fun and best workouts to do.
Crossfit is a tough workout. But it’s one people know and love. It’s hard, fast and will leave you not wanting to come back to the gym, but you’ll feel great afterward. This is great for any resolutioners that want to step up their fitness levels over the course of this year. Crossfit is a well-known workout, and most who try, fall in love.
