Fly Tyler in (or he’ll drive within 2 hours of Nashville) for the day to review a project with you.
Tyler will:
Walk the site and share his thoughts, strategies, and vision for the property
Meet with vendors, tenants, investors, and lenders with you
Assist in underwriting the asset or help you put together your site plan
Work with you in any way you see fit for your investment
All travel expenses to be covered by the client
