Little Gourmand is a French Bakery/market currently located in Green Hills and is looking to expand to a their Nashville presence. Guenievre Milliner, CEO and Owner of Little Gourmand, is currently seeking out this second location. “I definitely want to keep our Green Hills space as is, because it took us a lot of time to build and we have a base here,” says Milliner. Little Gourmand is wanting to expand to a location far enough away to continue to grow into a new customer base, rather than simply move the current customers.
Little Gourmand is looking for a kitchen in a thriving neighborhood, such as Wedgewood-Houston, Germantown, or downtown, while actively hoping to expand to a broader customer base.
Alex Abram, Associate Broker at the East Nashville-based Commercial Real Estate Brokerage The Cauble Group, is currently representing Little Gourmand and is actively searching daily for a second location with a kitchen for use.
“Boasting French charm and high-quality products, Little Gourmand is uniquely capable of being a community staple,” says Abram. “Given Guenievre’s track record with her current location and passion for her work, we’re confident Little Gourmand can support one of Nashville’s already thriving neighborhoods while simultaneously promoting growth.”
“We are looking for a second-generation kitchen,” says Milliner. “We are looking for about 2,000-2,500 square feet. That’s a little bigger than what we have [in Green Hills] because we need to have a kitchen and a walk-in freezer. We import everything to [ensure we provide our customers with an authentic French experience.]”
