(December 4, 2023) — The Cauble Group, a leading Nashville-based commercial real estate firm, today announced it has been retained as the exclusive broker for up-and-coming acai bowl purveyor everbowl, to secure retail spaces for four new locations coming soon to the greater Nashville area.
Everbowl offers fresh, made-to-order acai bowls and smoothies using high-quality, whole-food ingredients. Founded in 2016 and franchised two years later, the brand has seen rapid growth with nearly 100 locations open or in development across over 20 states. Everbowl is now setting its sights on Music City for further expansion.
The Cauble Group (TCG) has been chosen to represent Everbowl in its targeted expansion in the Nashville market over the next 12 to 18 months. An expert in retail and restaurant tenant representation, TCG will leverage its comprehensive knowledge of the Nashville Market’s red-hot CRE landscape to identify ideally situated spaces for Everbowl in high-traffic retail centers, lifestyle corridors, and neighborhood hubs. This effort will be led by Associate Broker Mike Lorrain.

Everbowl’s signature bright, welcoming stores and handcrafted menu of acai bowls and smoothies have proven to be a winning combination across diverse neighborhoods and multigenerational diners.
