Creative Office at 935 East Trinity Lane Sold

East Nashville

935 East Trinity Lane has traded hands for $1.9 million ($1.73m purchase price with 10% buyer’s premium at auction) - 4.2x more than it sold for only 6 years ago.

The 14,215 square foot building, which sits on three parcels totaling 1.24 acres, last traded hands in 2014 to E Trinity Ln Projects, LLC. That partnership renovated the building to bring a modern industrial vibe to the corridor and offered coworking space through Sparkworks Union.

“East Nashville has historically had very little office space,” said Tyler Cauble, President of The Cauble Group. “With the connectivity, walkability, and the bars / restaurants this side of town has to offer, it’s no surprise that businesses continue to flock to the Eastside.”

McLemore Auction Company handled the sale of the property along with The Cauble Group, who had been involved in leasing the property.
