At home in Nashville, Char Restaurant was declared the hottest restaurant opened in the last seven months in Music City.

The summer wedding season was kicked off as the nation watched on in support of the Royal Wedding between the UK’s Prince Harry and his now wife, Meghan Markle. The office market has stabilized at 8.5% vacancy, the overall retail market is at 3.3% vacancy. Both lower than national averages. And housing is fighting to keep up with the demand from new residents.
